Distance Sales Agreement
PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between:

and
Buyer
The real or legal person who places an order through the Seller’s website and provides the required information accurately and completely.
SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and delivery of digital products, including but not limited to DXF, PDF, and other manufacturing-ready technical drawing files, purchased electronically by the Buyer through www.hardsheet.com.
PRODUCT AND DELIVERY
3.1 The products offered for sale are digital content. No physical shipment is made.
3.2 After successful payment, the digital product is delivered to the Buyer via a download link in the user account and/or email delivery, immediately or within a short period of time.
3.3 The Buyer is responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
4.1 Product prices are those displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
4.2 Payments are collected via bank transfer and/or authorized virtual POS (online payment systems).
4.3 Credit card details are not stored by the Seller.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, there is no right of withdrawal for digital content that is delivered instantly in electronic form.
5.2 By placing an order, the Buyer expressly acknowledges and accepts that the right of withdrawal does not apply.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
6.1 All intellectual property rights related to the digital files belong to the Seller.
6.2 The Buyer may use the purchased files for personal or commercial production purposes.
6.3 The Buyer may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, sublicense, or transfer the digital files to third parties.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 The Seller ensures that the digital files are prepared with due care and are suitable for manufacturing use.
7.2 The Buyer is responsible for reviewing and verifying the files before production.
7.3 The Seller shall not be liable for damages arising from incorrect use, incorrect production, machine incompatibility, or user error.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Parties shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, including infrastructure failures, internet outages, or system disruptions.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement.
EFFECTIVE DATE
By placing an order on www.hardsheet.com, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
